Rails - Feb 2006 - configuration.frameworks

I want to add the rails default logger to a set of classes in  
addition to the default ActionRecord, ActionController, and  
ActionMailer.

This used to be done in environment.rb, but now it seems to be  
specified elsewhere.

Where has it gone?
