PRI QSIG Asterisk - Legacy PBX

Answered call not bridged
...it being bridged in the console. Also, the server does not seem to think that it is answered and then goes to voicemail. Duplicated DTMF with bridged IAX channels maybe?

I've attached an IAX trace from the PSTN server to this message where you can see the duplication (digits 9 & 3). The digits entered were 258963. Asterisk 1.2.12.1 dies after asterisk -rx and never comes up again
...been working fine months but since a few days asterisk seems to die and I am not able to restart it again, I keep getting a socket in use message.
