Dear all, Does anyone know if the mixture analysis (i.e : sexual dimorphism, age group,…) can be done with R software ? Thanks for your help Dan --------------------------------- [[alternative HTML version deleted]]
Dear Dan as far I know you can estimate mixture regression models with the flexmix package . If you need just clustering using mixtures framework you can use the "mclust" package as well. Hope this helps Regards Massimiliano Marinucci PhD Candidate in Quantitative Economics Universidad Complutense Madrid ----- Original Message ----- From: "bournery alexandre" <pardelle@yahoo.fr> To: <R-help@stat.math.ethz.ch> Sent: Monday, September 13, 2004 3:22 PM Subject: [R] Mixture Analysis Dear all, Does anyone know if the mixture analysis (i.e : sexual dimorphism, age group,.) can be done with R software ?
