Dear RHelpers, Does anyone know of any R code to perform bivariate Poisson regression (including random effects)? Best wishes Simon Simon D.W. Frost, M.A., D.Phil. glmmGibbs or glmmPQL in MASS? (without random effects it's just glm(), unless I'm misunderstanding what you mean: discrete independent count data with two continuous covariates?) Hi Ben, At 03:24 PM 2/20/2002 -0500, you wrote:> glmmGibbs or glmmPQL in MASS? > (without random effects it's just glm(), unless I'm misunderstanding >what you mean: discrete independent count data with two continuous >covariates?)No; I mean bivariate counts...there's some GAUSS code at http://www.gsu.edu/~ecosgg/gbicount.html and some SAS code from the Econometrics Journal (Munkin and Trivedi 1999 2:29-48), and rather than recoding I was wondering whether there's some R code already out there...
