LLDB: Switched the NetBSD platform to new remote tracing capable framework. Preliminary support for tracing NetBSD(/amd64) processes and core files with a single thread. Hi Hans, it is pretty late, but I figured that it would be good to put this fix to 5.0 https://reviews.llvm.org/D33852 Without this any project using declspec(any) won't gonna compile on linux/mac (e.g. ChakraCore). I'm sorry, but I don't think LLDB has any release notes.
