I have not found anything in the docs on real capacity in terms of number of people, PRIs or calls per hour. What is the largest installation of * in use today? I don't mean theoretical capacity, but actual installed systems. I am an old "big iron" call center guy, and used to run several 1,000 seat call centers. My current business is growing and I expect to have almost 100 people on staff by the end of the year. Could * handle this? John Scully
