Neither of those is part of the the installation of R. If you need
libR.so you need to specify --enable-R-shlib to configure, and accept the
considerable perfomance penalty. That *is* in the 'R admin.html
manual',
so please go back and read it more carefully.
libjvm.so is part of Java.
