R help - Aug 2003 - quasipoisson, test="F" or "Chi"

Hi,

Please can someone tell me if this is correct for significance tests on count
data;

1: If overdispersed, use quasipoisson, drop1(model, test="Chi"),
2: If not overdispersed, use (poisson or quasipoisson), drop1(model,
test="Chi").
