Hi R-users, I am a newbie to R. I worked on multivariate tools(mva package)for windows98 the output are all displayed in console. Is it possible to export the results in to HTML format and also to get report quality output in neat tabulated format. I tried for in the R imports and Exports manual but not satisfactory. There is detailed instruction importing from various formats sas,spss,s-plus,excel etc. Any help will be appreciated srinivas __________________________________________________ Listen to your Yahoo! The xtable package produces tables in html. See also write(), which may be usable for something simple, if you set the delimitar as "</td><td>" for example. (And see the different versions of write().) Hi, There are several ways to get the values of a variable into a file, but for the purpose you mention, please refer to the help entry for "sink()". The output will be in a plain text file that you can convert to HTML with an additional filter. Regarding the "neat tabulated format", you can customize the output you need and even create an HTML file with that with the use of the library (xtable) available in CRAN, also ported for Windows platforms. Hope it helps.
