Xen users - Jun 2006 - network failed on dom0

Hi,
    I setup xen from source code(version 3.0.2) on a Fedora 4 machine.
    After boot into dom0, eth0 is up and dmesg shows the link is up too.
But eth0 fails to obtain a ip address from the DHCP server.
This happens before the xend start.It works well on a normal kernel.
    Any ideas? Thank you.
