Rails - Jul 2006 - autotest on win32 doesn''t see any tests

Trying to run autotest -rails on win32... even after patching the source 
to fix the ruby path, and to generate quotes correctly for the Windows 
shell, I can''t get it to work.

It will seem to run fine, but it doesn''t see any tests (lists 0 tests,
0
asserts, etc.)

Anyone else have a fix for this?  There wasn''t much in the trac about 
this one way or the other.
