Hi all, I'm running Ubuntu 10.10 with wine 1.2.2 and have a set of Bose Companion 5 USB speakers connected to my system. The speakers work fine in Ubuntu in every way, except for wine. In WineCFG the audio is configured to use ALSA, but the "Test Sound" always fails no matter what I set it to. I've read this is a known problem, so not a big deal. However, when playing Portal or Half-Life 2 (from Steam), the games run fine, but no sound at all. Is there a way to get sound working with this setup? I've googled quite a bit for solutions and have tried many of them, but no luck yet. Thanks! Doug
