Excuse this question from a relative newbie. I have a 3G Huawei Broadband (pay-as-You Go) dongle (which I use on the Church laptop) - is there any way I can use Wine to run it on GEU Linux? Any help/pointers would be much appreciated! Thanks Cal

Thanks CalNo you can't. Wine does not support USB devices. And there are no plans to support NIC.
aussie3g.com/modules.php?name=Forums&file=viewtopic&p=153470 Lot of those devices are just modems fancy serial modems. Only really major issue is bridging back to network that is not supported. Setup is just a little more complex than a nice auto guide wizard. A cross link from windows dialup settings to Linux dialup settings with this kind of device would be so useful.
