Xen users - Apr 2009 - Data Usage

Hi,
 
I''m trying to achieve a couple of things with XenServer 5.
 
- I''d like to setup data usage collection for all VM''s at the
machine level
(can''t be at switch level)
- It''d be nice to have a web interface that allows each VM owner to
reboot
their VM (using the API I assume)
 
Any help or advice would be much appreciated.

version of Xen.
