Xen users - Nov 2008 - pvgrub and cd-rom for none-hvm installation

hi,

i see, there is a new loader for DomUs. It looks nice, but is it
possible to boot from a drive, like CD-Rom/ISO ? I can see only, that
pvgrub is used, for allready installed systems. Is that correct?

Based on this thread it is meant to work, but there might be a
lingering bug preventing it:

i found every mail and thread via google :-) I hope, that i don''t miss
one, which works.
