Yes. We took xen0 config and then added CONFIG_SMP too. The issue is that we can see multiple CPU in some machines meanwhile see only one CPU in other machines. I will check it and give more detail tomorrow. Detail information is in bug 659. It seems that xend can remember the number of CPUs assigned to it last time when dom0-cpu in xend-config.sxp is 0.
