The version of Wine you are using is old, and the first thing you need to do is
upgrade to the latest development release. As for not understanding the
instructions for Camfrog, that's probably because they make no sense to
begin with and are a good example of why outside howtos are not supported here.

here to forum.winehq.org and post a more coherent question minus the
