[Wine] Wine 1.3 - Team Fortress 2 Won't Load

Installed Wine 1.3 from Ubuntu 11.10's Software Center, installed Steam from
official Website, loaded up Team Fortress 2. Nothing.

Nothing happened at all. 

So... what do I need configure to get it running?
