I've removed both alsa and pulseaudio as I've got several problem with the audio (not in wine, in the system). So I've installed OSS which work well but seems not to work in wine. It plays the sample in the audio tab (winecfg) but doesn't work in the apps... there's a manner to get it working?

There were lots of sound related changes. If sound still doesn't work, file bug in bugzilla.
