I get this message when i try to launch the setup of OrCAD version 10.0. I have
wive version 1.2.

Try to upgrade to develop version

You might want to try and fetch it again from the official site or (if this is a FOSS program or other freeware) CNet like distribution site. Do not try to install WAReZ on your system. Wine is very capable of running Windows malware programs.
