wine users - Feb 2011 - change path to c:

Just starting wine to do taxes...Mepis 8.5, wine 1.2., cannot browse c: drive..
Found c: is under ~/.wine instead of ~/documents/.wine as reported by wine.

How do I correct??

Wine's default Windows directory structure is found in ~/.wine, not
~/documents/.wine.  Why were you expecting it there?  What Tax Program are you
using?

See my comment above.  Wine's default C: drive is in ~/.wine/drive_c which
is linked in ~/.wine/dosdevices/c::

That's the default location. If you want it elsewhere, you have to specify
the wineprefix.

Let me clarify:

when I select "browse c:" from kde4 menu

Wine reports: "cannot find path ~/documents/.wine/dos..../c:

How do I correct this so wine finds the correct location?
