wine users - Dec 2010 - Need help getting a program installed and running

I am trying to get a program running under Fedora/Wine.  I don't really
know where to start with that, I can't find a "how to" for what
steps to
do and what to look for, so, please help with either a pointer for the
how to or some help getting this working.   I do know the program needs
.net 2+.

Running wine-1.3.8 on Fedora 14.

I haven't tried that app myself, and your log doesn't show
any really obvious problems.

Did you try
  winetricks dotnet20
and/or
  winetricks ie6
or
  winetricks ie7
?
