wine users - Nov 2010 - After upgrade wine cannot find the server

hi,

so today i make the upgrade to the last 1.3.8 version of wine, but now i get
this :

wine: cannot find the server port: 0x0000044e

when i try to run any wine stuff. I have googlit, but without sucess.
any one now how to solve this?
