wine users - Apr 2011 - Cannot find Wine Config anymore...

I'm using Ubuntu 10.04. I had been using Wine 1.2.x out of the Ubuntu repos.
Wine Config & unistall manager were working fine.

Today I unistalled that and added the Wine ubuntu repository. Then I installed
Wine 1.3. But Wine no longer has Winecfg or uninstall manager. Why? How could I
get them?  :?

Yes , I ran the command "winecfg" in terminal and I got:
> The program 'winecfg' is currently not installed.  You can install
it by typing:
> sudo apt-get install wine1.2
Problem is I want wine 1.3 (because it works better with a certain program) not
1.2.
