wine users - Nov 2010 - EPB association 2010

Hello,

I would like to use EPB asso on 2010 (french soft) with Wine.
 I tried with winhq 1.1.42 and does not even manage to install the framework 2
SP2 Microsoft.
I tried winehq 1.3.6. The software settles down but jams in the appearance of
the logo.
I do not speak English well
