wine users - Oct 2010 - Oblivion loses sound during game play

I've filed a bug in bugzilla (http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=24271)
which explains a how Oblivion loses sound during the gameplay.
However, I found a workaround to it, which I posted on comment

So I wish to rename this bug to "Oblivion loses sound during
gameplay".
Is it possible to rename a bug in bugzilla?
Another question is: which steps that I need to take to confirm to the
developers that shows them that this bug is really happening?
The system that I'm using to test is Ubuntu 10.04 and wine 1.3.4.
