wine users - Sep 2010 - Desktop program interface for wine

Is it possible to install a open source wine desktop program, that can be
launch, full screen and where you can work as a MS WOS desktop, with units,
windows and so one?.

If not it would be a great idea to implement.

If YES please tell me what desktop program is better to install in wine.
