wine users - Jun 2010 - GCFScape Install

I have an intel iMac, and Im trying to install GCFScape.  Im not very
experienced with Wine, as this is my first time using it.

I have no idea what Im doing, so could someone tell me what to do

for starters... have you installed Wine yet?  do you know how to launch anything
in it?  Is you help specific to the one program, or you just are clueless where
to start with Wine itself?

I have Wine installed and everything, but do I open the .exe file with Wine or
WineBottler?  and then what?
