I have a problems with cyrillic in Wine under Snow Leopard. The titles looks correct, but menu text not readable (like sqrts). I found what I have to change default fonts in Wine config. But I can not find where this config file... I go to ~/.wine and can not see it. Where I can find configs for fonts? Locale is ru.RU-UTF-8
Bazilisk wrote:> I found what I have to change default fonts in Wine config. There isn't one. Everything in registry and you should be using regedit to modify it. Make sure your system settings are set to Russian. OSx version of Wine ignores all locale related env vars.
Hm, isn't it sort of a shortcoming in Wine that there is no other way than edit the registry to change the default fonts? Sounds like a possible usability improvement that Wine could get (low-priority of course)...

In second picture all Ok. Part of fonts working correct. How to fix non-correct system font?
Bazilisk wrote:> Please look to this pictures. I think what only 1 font not working in Cyrillic.Looks like your Wine install is broken. This works perfectly fine on Linux. Check that you have all Wine fonts properly built and they are installed in all the right places. Of course you can try and get corefonts installed too.
