wine users - Mar 2009 - HELP! Can anybody get me the Steinberg Asio SDK package

Hi!

I'm want to compile wineasio and I need the Steinberg zipfile for it, but
after I registered and activated my account, I simply can't login on the
steinberg page! What now??

Can anyone make a copy of the package for me?
