All started when I got insterested on playing Diablo 2. Let's jump that part... I was serching for what exactly should I do, when I got this on FAQ (http://wiki.winehq.org/FAQ#head-497f1a295d53dd3444f211df2b13312c7767afa2).> > Wine is not designed to interact with an existing Windows installation. > > WARNING: Do not try to configure Wine to point to your actual Windows C:\ drive. We have tried to make this hard to do so you probably cannot do it by accident. If you do this, Wine may or may not continue to operate. Your Windows install will be 100 percent dead due to wine overwriting critical Windows files. The only way to fix Windows after this has happened is to run a reinstall of Windows. >Then I got scared and did a full install. Then I remembered that I had installed D2 on D:, so I tried to access it in command line and worked. Now, I ask: which of above is right, and why? Thanks! Paulo
