The ogg format supports 'chained streams'. This basically means that
you can have multiple sequential streams in the same file. All the
libraries support this fully, but I don't know how good the player
support for it is right now (they should play through, they may not
allow you to directly skip to specific streams).
You can test this by just directly concatenating two seperate vorbis
files.
This makes misuse of the comment header in such a way entirely
unneccesary.
