Hello, I'm running Asterisk 1.8.10 on Linux box, when I'm in a conference(meetme) with another person, and a third person join our conference when the third person leave the conference I get disconnected from the original conference with a second party. I hope this clear. This does not happen often, is random, anybody experience something similar? or any idea how to fix this problem?

Hi Folks; I just bought a Polycom SoundPoint 500 off of ebay after having spent way too much time trying to get updated sip images for our cisco phones. The phone I bought didn't have an AC power adapter; Could someone please tell me the volts & amps that the dc plug that comes with the phone puts out? Thanks! Mike

I have an extension setup in my extensions.conf for hold music. ext. 600. If I pick up a phone (polycom soundpoint 300 sip) and dial extension 600 I hear the hold music playing. If I call another extension and pick it up and put the call on hold with the hold button on the phone I hear nothing at all. Does anyone have any experience with these phones and getting the hold button to work?

Has anyone been able to get the minibrowser on the Polycom SoundPoint IP 500/600 phones working? If so could you share the relevant sections of your config with me?

I am trying to use a Polycom Soundpoint IP400 with my asterisk setup, and have been unable to find the proper firmware and application files to make it work. The phone can access the FTP server, and downloads the IP500/600 configuration files, but claims that the sip.ld file is larger than its file system. This Polycom phone seems to be one of the best on the market for sound quality and features. I have seen on the list that some people have gotten the IP 600 to work with Asterisk.
