Hi vorbis dudes, I've been trying to encourage vorbis use for a somewhat well known person who is doing a weekly internet "radio" program. I guess they are finding out that WMA isnt too cross platform :-) Was wondering if someone could help out with these questions... The encoding platform is windows... I have run an ogg analisis using EAQUAL from -q 0 till -q 10 evaluating bitrate and quality. I've found a much better solution; it's standard (in Unicode itself), simple and more flexible: Unicode language tagging. It was made for just this purpose, in fact. Are there any rebroadcasters out there set up for vorbis streams? A weekly internet radio program is looking to add vorbis to their codec lineup, but needs a host to rebroadcast the vorbis uplink.
