Vorbis - Jun 2000 - a vorbis launch update

The last two days have been amazing for Vorbis.  Here's a list

Which prompted me to try and see what other domains got taken...

evorbis.com
ivorbis.com
myvorbis.com
vorbismusic.com
vorbisaudio.com
vorbisnow.com

all taken.  They are selling like hotcakes.

And now for the web stats:

I don't have the stats for xiph.org, but vorbis.com:

over 6,000 downloads of vorbis plugins and encoders
45,000 hits in two days
18,000 page views
6,000 unique users

The referers show a large amount of traffic from Japanese audio sites.

So thanks to Monty, the Ogg Vorbis hackers, and everyone else for making
it such a success so far :)

In the past seven days (15th-21st), xiph.org recorded 1,278,288 hits (I have
many more small graphics on xiph.org and that's just raw requests). I
don't
have counts handy now for unique viewers, I can get those after some sleep :-)

Wow, even some of the most obscure vorbis domains are taken now too.
Hard to find many that aren't. vorbisonline.com, vorbiscentral.com etc.

Managed to snap up vorbisweb.com though :)
