Hi everyone, Ive just installed a bunch of Snom 360s, and now having a NIGHTMARE of problems! Ive got a receponist phone with a extra sidecar on it. And when she gets 2+ calls and puts them on hold, when she goes to transfer them out the calls on hold get merged together. Somehow the calls on hold get merged and not to the extension needed!! Any help on this would be great guys, that would be

Hi List, I cant seem to find the setting that changes this! You put a person on hold, they are on hold like normal, but after a few seconds the phone will then start having dialtone coming from the speakerphone, really weird!! Anyone know how to fix this? I see where it could be nice, but in this case, we just want them on hold is all, no dialtone! Any help would be great! Thanks! Ron

Hello, I have a customer who said that their Snom 360 is joining calls by accident. The situation is that they had one call on the line and another call came in. She pressed the hold button on the phone and the two calls were joined together. I have a preoblem with my snom 320 phones. I have 5 snom phones installed and all of them have 5.2 firmware. All have same settings in the advanced panel. On 2 phones when I press the hold or transfer key nothing happens and * does not start the musiconhold. In the The hold and transfer keys are set as F_R and F_TRANSFER correctly as the others. I am having major problems with the first run of Snom 360s that rolled out last month. I am working with the US vendor and they in turn are working with Snom but I wanted to see of anyone else was using these or having issues with them. Issues: Speakerphone/Hands Free volume spikes up and down during a call. You have to manually set the volume during every call. This makes it totally unusable.

Hi, I've looked through the archives and seen references to placing calls on hold on a snom 200 (any version of the firmware but we have the latest: 2.05e.) Basically, we can't place calls on hold on the snom 200! The manual talks about the Flash button (which is really the "R" button, as far as I can tell.)
