PRI Issue: D-Channel woes
Hi,
I am about to pull my hair out after trying to get our PRI up and working.
We are switching from a Cisco gateway to an Asterisk box which provides
the 23 phone lines for our office. So, because the Cisco gateway is
working I can assume I have all the settings right (b8zs, esf, dms100,
etc) and the PRI is live (because we are switching over). When dialing
from PSTN, I get busy signal. When

Problem with wct4xxp - cannot make calls
Hi,
I'm having problems with a TE420P card, in which I cannot make calls
using spans 2 through 4.
After a couple of days of working correctly, spans 2, 3 and 4 start
failing (can not make calls). The system is configured to work with SS7.
After the ACM message goes out, immediately a REL message is returned.
I searched for error messages in /var/log/messages and could not find a

TE405P V2 changes?
Hi
I got the 2nd Gen firmware upgraded on the TE405P. I recompiled after
putting in the upgraded board but did not change any conf, but the spans
become active but will not come up.
I guess I am missing something or are the any changes to the
zaptel/libpri software that is required. I cannot find any info about
this or does this new firmware only work with latest CVS. I am using

ztcfg Kills My Dial Tone
I'm using two Rhino channel banks (first 12FXO/12FXS, second 24FXS).
These connect to a Digium TE210P card. I'm running kernel 2.6.10
and I've tried Asterisk (w/zaptel) 1.0.9, 1.2 beta, and CVS from today.
The results are the same for all versions:
Right after I reboot, and modprobe wct4xxp, my analog phone connected
to port 13 of the first channel bank (first FXS port) gets a dial

TE410P hardware problems
TE410P card down.
I have three (3) TE410P in one machine running asterisk with SS7.
My problems started last week when one of my cards started switching to E1
every time after reboot. I set the following in dahdi.conf and that solve
the problem.
/etc/modprobe.d/
options wct4xxp t1e1override=0x00
Now all 4 ports on that card is down with Red Alarm. I tried rebooting the
machine and

Problem connecting a TE410P to an E1/IP equipment
Hi,
I'm trying to connect a PC with a TE410P to an E1/IP equipment.
Unfortunately I keep getting a yellow alarm from zaptel (in zttool)
and a Loss of Framing alarm on the remote equipment.
The E1/IP is connected on the other side to a PRI interface on a GSM
MSC.
I have configured the span as:
span=1,1,0,ccs,hdb3 (also tried span=1,0,0,ccs,hdb3)
and the channels as:

Kernel panic w/ DAHDI 2.x/Digium TE220B
I've seen this consistently on three systems, with three different
cards, and multiple versions of DAHDI. At first I thought the issue
only occurred on newer, Nehalem-based, systems, but I reproduced it on
a Core 2 Duo box as well. I've tested with dahdi-linux 2.2.0.2, dadhi-
linux-complete 2.0.0+2.0.0, 2.1.0.2+2.1.0.2, and 2.2.0.2+2.2.0. The
card is a Digium TE220B which uses the

HDLC Receiver overrun on Wildcard TE410P
Hello
I've got small PBX (30 simultaneous connections) based on asterisk
(1.6.2.6), which uses Stargate 2N ISDN to GSM gate.
It runs ok for day or two, but then I get:
dahdi: HDLC Receiver overrun on channel TE4/0/1/16 (master=TE4/0/1/16)
in my kernel logs, in asterisk i get:

TE410P <=> Dialogic D/240SC-T1
I'm trying to connect an Asterisk T1 port to a Dialogic card. The Dialogic side is an external VMS.
I setup for ISDN-PRI between systems and have green lights on both card/ports. Zttool shows connection is good also.
However, when I try attempt terminate or originate a call to either system, nothing appears of CLI. How can I monitor the "D" channel?

TE410P lights don't blink read after the module is loaded
Greetings,
According to the FAQ "When you load the module and have no
circuit/channel bank the LED's should flash red"
I get the "knight rider" lights before the module loads, but after the
modules are loaded I don't get any lights, other equipment plugged in or
not.
The card has been on my shelf a while so I wonder if it needs a firmware
upgrade ? Can the cards

TE410P to a Rhino CB-24 channel bank
Has anyone had any success with the Rhino CB-24? I can't get mine to
work, I tried all the obvious settings. The cb-24 gets stuck at init ESF
framing, as if it's not seeing the t1 card at all. It does get a t1
carrier (detecting voltage??)
Help!
Thanks..

Zaptel and Zapata Conf's
I'm a bit confused on how to setup Zaptel.conf and Zapata.conf when there is
a TDM400P and a TE410P installed after upgrade.
The TDM400P has 2 FXS in position 1 & 2 and 1 FXO in the fourth position.
I see boot, WCT4xxP loading first and WCFXS loading second.
According to my understanding, given above, the TE410P should be configured
first, then the TDM400P. However, I'm not sure

Hi,
after loading the zaptel driver wct4xxp I have strange
log lines in the syslog:
Out of storage space.
free tells, that more than 900 MB are still free.
Disk space is also available.
I'm using a dual opteron in 64 bit mode.
Any ideas?
Roger.

HDLC Bad FCS (8) HDLC Abort on TE410P
Dear All,
we have installed a TE410P card on a Dell Poweredge 1750 running a slackware

configurated all the 120 channels. Our goals was to perform some stess tests
even if in this scenario we used the same box as generator and target.
The stress test comprised to generate up to 60 calls at the same time by
