Queue Penalties not working properly
Hi, I am using Asterisk 1.4.18. I am implementing Penalties for my agents. What is happening: two agents configuired one agent with penalty 1 and the other with penalty 2. All the calls must go first to Agent 1 and if his line is busy then only then agent 2 will get the call. However my queues are not behaving in this manner. I have impmemnted ringall strategy. Queue not sending call to Agent
Queue not sending call to Agent I am having an issue and i am not sure if it is a bug or a config issue. I was originally running Asterisk 1.8.1.1 when I noticed this issue. Agent Penalty
Can anyone shed any light on an issue with agent penalties? I have 2 queues set up with agents working both queues, but where agent 1 should have a penalty for queue 2 and agent 2 should have a penalty for queue 1. When a call is sent to either queue, it rings agents with and without penalties at the same time. I set up a second system and cannot replicate the issue on the test system. I

Can't get format_mp3 to work for music on hold
Hi Guys, I am having trouble trying to get format_mp3 working to play music on hold. I have followed the instructions in the read-me and the wiki however it seems after un-installing mpg123, asterisk is not even attempting to play MOH. I've just installed asterisk as a new phone system for our office but am having difficulty with the queues. Queue AgentCallBackLogin
Hi All, I'm having trouble setting up a queue: I'm using AgentCallBackLogin to login in the queue, but: 1 - When an agent answer the call and another call arrive his phone rings again. 2 - When no there are no one answer the queue the system goes to voicemail of agent 1234 I'm using asterisk-1.2.0-beta1. Music on hold problem
I can't seem to get music on hold working, it tries to work, but I just hear strange noises on the extension.. Here is some debug info. Looks like mpg123 starts fine, but I hear nothing. adding agent with 2 phones to a queue
Hi! We have alot of users who are having 2 phones, 1 fixed and 1 DECT. I am looking for a way to log them into a queue and let both phone rings.
