Polycom and call waiting again..

Hi! Trying to understand how wrapuptime is working... I have written a small php script that let agents log in/out off a queue. That part is working as a clock but wrapuptime is not doing what I expect. Re-write callerid?
Is it possible to rewrite caller id's? I would like to have sip phones appear by their local cid (like Henk <208>) but when they call out using the PRI I would like their full DID (MSN) to appear (like 0031201234567) I could ofcourse set callerid to the main phonenumber but surely there must be a better solution? how does "wrapuptime" work in queue.conf
Hi list, I'd like to have the callers to listen to the advertisement (music on hold) before the agents answer them. So, I have wrapuptime=10 in queue.conf, but the call still goes straight to the agents without delay. Problem with queue
I have queue set up in realtime on Asterisk 1.4.2. Below is the senario that is happenening :: I have created a test queue with only one agent. Once I call the test queue the agents phone rings if the aagent is logged on. everything till here is fine. Queue announcing hold sequence instead of hold time
Hi, We recently updated from an early Asterisk 1.2 SVN to 1.2.15 (on Debian Sarge) and the behaviour of our Call Centre queues has changed slightly. Before the upgrade, when a caller was waiting in the queue, the estimated hold time was announced as expected ("estimated hold time is less than 2 minutes ..."). problem with ringinuse=no, queue members receive randomly two calls
