TE410P PINS
hi all, i am getting crazy with my TE410P - it won't work now we already think that the only thing which can be wrong is the cable. At our telecom endpoint we have 1-2 tx, 4-5 rx So - which cable do i need to get it working Already tried a cross over cable 1-2 -> 4-5 / 4-5 -> 1-2 (with this cable nothing works -> red alarm on both ends) Also a normal cable 1-2 -> 1-2 / 4-5 ->

TE410P ERRORS under load
Hi all- HELP! This is actually a revisit of a problem that I had earlier with E400P's at a customer site. Customer still gets locked up channel problem, but has learned to live with it (channels clear themselves after several minutes). The symptoms, which I believe are directly related: I'm having problems with tons of framing and "read" errors on my E1 connections (and

TE410P on Redhat 9
I am the proud new owner of a TE410P, and installed it on a RedHat 9 box. After compiling just fine, running like a champ in tests, and having my extensions.conf configured to taste, I went ahead and did a live beta test this past weekend. The phone system stopped responding 3 times. The first time, I got into the asterisk console, vi -rvvvvv. I didn't see anything too out of the ordinary,

TE410P problem (Looping UP Span 1...)
Hi list, We have been trying to configure a Quad Span T1 card in a system running RH9. We have followed the instructions in the Wiki and searched the mailing lists, but so far havent got any success. Cable is connected to the first span, and module is loaded. Without loading the module the LED glows in red colour, but the moment we load module, it goes off. (No red or green) . We ran zttool

Good system board to use with TE410P?
Hi- I'm looking for an appropriate system board to power a system with two (2) Digium TE410P cards. Since these cards require the 3.3 volt PCI, I'm considering vendors like Tyan for the motherboard. Can anyone please tell me their experiences with the Tyan i7501 series (Xeon-basd), or recommend an alternate motherboard? Thanks Scott Scott M. Stingel Emerging Voice Technology Inc.

PRI issues with TE410P
Hi, I am having some problems mentioned below, the box is in production live environment with traffic around 30 - 100 calls. I am running T/E410P in a Dual P4 xeon with HT disabled. I am using zaptel 0.9.0 and asterisk stable 1 release. There is no gui, just mysql, perl (small script) and asterisk. System runs very smoothly if the calls are around 40-50 and comes one by one , however sometimes

HDLC Bad FCS (8) HDLC Abort on TE410P
Dear All, we have installed a TE410P card on a Dell Poweredge 1750 running a slackware 10 with 2.4.26 Kernel. Then we have made two loops on the card and we have configurated all the 120 channels. Our goals was to perform some stess tests even if in this scenario we used the same box as generator and target. The stress test comprised to generate up to 60 calls at the same time by placing a file

3.3v PCI board - TE410P photo
Hi- I have posted a photo of the TE410P Digium card on my site, so that those wishing to purchase a compatible motherboard can see physically what the PCI slot requirement is: http://www.evtmedia.com/TE410P.htm I believe the required slot is a 64-bit, 3.3 Volt PCI, most commonly found on Xeon-based motherboards. A 64-bit slot is longer than the TE410P board requires, but the PCI connector

Suggested Motherboard for TE410P
Hi all, I'm looking for a new system which will use the TE410P. Originally I was going to use a dual Athlon MP system, but my supplier tells me these are being phased out now, and so will be difficult to find replacement parts later. So, I am looking for suggestions of suitable motherboards with 3.3V PCI slots for the following CPU types (in order of my personal preference) AMD Opteron 1xx

Choosing between TE405P and TE410P
Is there anything to choose, in performance, between a TE405P and a TE410P? I understand the difference between the PCI bus voltages, and certainly don't intend to try Andrew's hacksaw operation :-). But if I choose the card first, and a compatible mobo second, does it make any difference which? Cheers Tony -- Tony Mountifield Work: tony@softins.co.uk - http://www.softins.co.uk Play:

"scratchy" sound on TE410P
asterisk 1.4.35 dahdi 2.3.0.1+2.3.0 one span on a 4port T1 card Got complaints this morning that outbound and inbound calls were "scratchy" and I made a few test calls. It kind of sounds like the gain is too high somewhere, and the audio is overdriven. Is this a problem at the carrier? TE410P card in an HP-Compaq DL380 G4 server
Hi, Has anyone had success using a TE410P card in an HP-Compaq DL380 G4 server? For me the card is detected fine, but the system just never sees an interrupt from the card. I've tried everything I can think of. The card definitely works. Its Fedora Core, but we also tried a stock 2.6.10 kernel. We tried with and without Hyperthreading, with "noapic", we disabled all the

configuring TE410P for four E1 PRI lines
hi, I'm trying to configure my newly acquired TE410P card to work as 4 E1 spans. This is supposed to be a drop-in replacement to the earlier E100P card. However, on loading the zaptel module it gets configured as T1 spans basically doing a 'cat' on /proc/zaptel/1 thru 4, it shows 24 channels per span. After this ztcfg fails saying 'ZT_CHANCONFIG failed for channel 97'.
