Hi All, We are in search of the latest Polycom firmware SIP 1.6.5 and BootROM 3.1.3as per http://www.polycom.com/resource_center/1,,pw-492,00.html Can someone help? We have legitimately obtained these phones but even our official distributor can't get their hands on updated firmware. The only thing we have found is http://www.freedomphones.net/polycom/files/?M=A which has only old versions.

Hi all, I have a Polycom Soundpoint IP 600 that looks like it is fried. It either has a bad or corrupt bootrom (I'm guessing). It never gets to the prompt that asks if I want to enter the setup configuration or continue booting. Has anyone been able to get the minibrowser on the Polycom SoundPoint IP 500/600 phones working? If so could you share the relevant sections of your config with me?

Hello all, We have an Asterisk server that has worked without issue for a while. Before, only Sipura and Polycom 500 series phones were used. Recently, we've added a few POE switches and 20 or so Polycom 330's. The 330's seem to lock up often. One easy way to do this is by hitting the * key. I looked thru the XML files for dialplan and what not, nothing stood out.

I am using version 1.4.1.0040 and 2.6.1.0003. I have read about newer versions out there, how can I get them? I'm having an intermittent issue regarding DHCP with one of my phones, and I recall when I loaded 1.4.1 on this one phone, it failed once, then it succeeded the second time. I am wondering if a firmware update will help. Or is there any known issues with Fedora Core 2 dhcpd and IP
