I am looking for a large number (probably about 100 or so) low-cost phones that I can hang on the wall. I need the phones to use PoE. Do the Uniden phones support wall-mounting? These phones are not going to be high-usage; they simply need to be there in case of an emergency. Hello, I have a polycom ip600 and eyebeam. When I call from polycom to eyeBeam, everything, including audio works. When I call the other side (from eyeBeam to polycom), I get no audio. In both cases, eyeBeam shows the same codec: g711u. Also sip show channels shows ulaw codec for both sides and correct addresses. I have canreinvite=no. I don't know if it's important, but asterisk

This Polycom phone seems to be one of the best on the market for sound quality and features. I have seen on the list that some people have gotten the IP 600 to work with Asterisk. Hi, I'm testing a Polycom IP600. With firmware version 1.1 the phone reboots at any time. With firmware version 1.2, the first reboot was an endless reboot. Then I moved the phone to another lan port, then it worked fine. Then I installed again in the initial lan port and the phone works well. However after some time of inactivity (1 hour?), the IP600 stops to send and receive calls.

I am trying to use a Polycom Soundpoint IP400 with my asterisk setup, and have been unable to find the proper firmware and application files to make it work. The phone can access the FTP server, and downloads the IP500/600 configuration files, but claims that the sip.ld file is larger than its file system.
