I've got a couple Shoreline IP phones, their Shoreline model number is Shoreline IP 100. I believe this is actually a Polycom SoundPoint IP 300 phone. I believe the phone is using a MGCP stack. now that I have finally figured out what I was doing wrong with my polycom phone and got it to read the configuration file Im changing some gains. I successfully changed the gain for the ringer... It was too low for me. Does anyone know which gain would be for the call waiting and which tone would be for the "hands free" mode? Thanks

I have an extension setup in my extensions.conf for hold music. ext. 600. If I pick up a phone (polycom soundpoint 300 sip) and dial extension 600 I hear the hold music playing. If I call another extension and pick it up and put the call on hold with the hold button on the phone I hear nothing at all. Does anyone have any experience with these phones and getting the hold button to work?

Hi We have polycom 430,501 and 301 phones. Our customer does not need DND feature in any form. I can disable this feature from asterisk server but How can i disable this feature on phones. In the sip configuration file i found the parameter that change the phone behaviour during DND from busy to normal but still if the phone is in dnd mode the phone ringer would be off which is unacceptable.

I have a couple of Polycom phones, bootrom 2.5.0, SIP 1.3.1.0056. Works great with Asterisk when I power on the phone. However, after some time, say an hour, I cannot receive calls on this phone. Hi all, I have a Polycom Soundpoint IP 600 that looks like it is fried. It either has a bad or corrupt bootrom (I'm guessing).
