The binaries are available in Jessie in a slightly do-it-yourself fashion but the version of grub2 in NEW (2.02~beta2-16) makes this all a lot more userfriendly by implementing the upstream pv bootloader chainloading protocol (http://xenbits.xen.org/docs/unstable/misc/x86-xenpv-bootloader.html).
