samba - Mar 2006 - Charset encoding

Hi,
I have Samba installed 3.0.14 on Debian Sarge 3.1. My shared on samba
are OK. This samba server is access by windows and linux ubuntu
machines.
When i create a directory "Mes Vid?os" with Windows i read under linux
:
"Mes Videos (Invalid Encoding)" under nautilus.
If i create the directory under linux, i read under windows Mes
"Vid[]Ros".

I read some articles about it with a google search but i cannot resolv
my problem. Can you help me please ?

I set locales of the computers to UTF-8
