Hi,
Eclipse creates a dot file (.project) in its workspace. If the workspace
is located on a samba share (with map hidden = yes AND hide dot files yes) the
.project file could be created, but not overwritten if it
already exits.
This is not an Eclipse issue, I could reproduce this behavior with
normal windows tools, eg. Explorer.
A workaround perhaps could be:
Setting
map hidden = no
and
hide files = /Desktop.ini/desktop.ini/ ...
I' not sure this is an error in smbd, if it is an config issue please
let me know.
