NEVER set 'unicode = no'.
This is known to be buggy, as Microsoft has not had an ASCII-only server
in a long-time. The move to unicode was one of the major reasons for
Samba 3.0, and other advances has caused MS clients to become more buggy
with this setting (I have seen a BSOD on login).
