samba - Jun 2003 - Can't access to a file from a win2k client

Hello,

When I try to access a file from a win2k client, win2k prof
shows me a message saying "Access denied".

After this, I try to change file rights, but again a "Access denied"
message it's showed me.

Does anyone the reason?
