subsequently reads and writes to it. The third file, on sucessful runs

I dont think I broke it..
Place into dovecot-source root as usual and compile with:
gcc imaptest.c -o imaptest -Wall -W -I. -Isrc/lib -DHAVE_CONFIG_H
src/lib/liblib.a
As per Timo's instructions.
# imaptest -h imaptest [USER at IP:PORTNO] [pass=PASSWORD] [mbox=MBOX]
[clients=CC] [msgs=NMSG] [use_authenticate] [PORTNO]
USER = template for username. "u%04d" will generate
users "u0001" to "u0100"
MBOX = path to mbox from which we read mails to append.
CC = number of concurrent clients. [20]
NMSG = target number of messages in INBOX. [100]...

verbose imap logging
Implements more verbose imap logging (when client exits).
Similar to existing logging in POP3.
Due to the nature of imap and my incomplete understanding (of the
dovecot code) the session statistics reported have varying accuracy.
Much better than nothing IMO.
Cheers,
Jens

SAMBA VFS module for GlusterFS crashes
...to using GFAPI (`vfs
objects = glusterfs`), the SMBD process crashes leaving a backtrace in
the logs. I can see no errors in the associated GlusterFS log file
and everything runs fine when locally-mounting. I am copying below
the share definition, SMBD crash dump from the logs, and the GlusterFS
client logs (produced by the `vfs_glusterfs.so` module in SMBD).
I'm using Ubuntu 16.04.3 with samba package
2:4.3.11+dfsg-0ubuntu0.16.04.12 (I locally recompiled
`samba-vfs-modules` to enable the GlusterFS VFS which is by default
disabled in Ubuntu builds).
Any suggestions on what/where to look?

breaking down a list view
...per_page => 10 # this one is obvious to me
what I am interested in is changing the ''order'' of things...and probably
having the most difficulty with the fact that I want the :order to be
values of a field from a related table to which this table belongs.
placements belongs_to :clients
each placement record has a value for client_id
I want to sort this placements list by placements.client.last_name
How do I do that?

printing fails for SPOOLSS OpenPrinterEx request
Hi,
I have a problem with my printing setup of a windows XP client with a samba server.
The windows driver seems to use different ways of smb/printer communication for printing in normal/duplex mode and for printing brochures. The latter failes silently.
normal/duplex printing uses: SMB Open Print File Request
brochure printing starts with: SPOOLSS OpenPrinterEx...

Samba4: W2k clients cannot perform dynamic updates (TSIG failure)
Hi all,
I am running samba 4.0.5 as Active-Directory Domain Controller with bind9 9.8 and I am using the BIND9_DLZ mech. I have setup my DNS quite exactly as described on the samba4_dns HowTo, but I am facing following problems:
Win2000 clients are NOT ABLE to update/add/delete dynamic dns ressource records to the DNS database, because it seems they cannot be verified by samba4? The BIND9 log with debug level 3 shows error messages like that:
