samba - Apr 2003 - users used to join domain

Hello,

When I change a windows client's network setting to join the samba domain,
it will prompt me to supply login name and password. I can use root to
join the domain successfully.

Question: Can I assign another user to has the right to let the client to
join the domain?

I have try the directive "admin user=someone" but doesn't work.
